Hello. I’m interested in buying but I don’t fully understand the issue with it. Are you saying the rotating arm doesn’t hold steady while it is spinning or something else? Thanks
Store Response: As far as I'm aware it is missing some parts that are needed for the arm to functionally spin, otherwise everything seems to work. I'm going to try putting it together fully tomorrow and I will give you a more in depth idea of what is wrong with it if anything. thank you.
