This is the Apple iPhone 14 (A2649) with 128GB and Sim-Locked under T-Mobile. The iPhone does come in the midnight color with no charger or wall plug. The maximum battery capacity is 98%. 

In pre-owned condition with there being a scratche to the back of the screen and some small scratches to the front face. Please look at the pictures posted above to see closer ups of blemishes. There's no further issues with the phone. Camera, side buttons, face ID, charging port and speakers have been tested before hand and have no issues.
