I purchased a receiver of this size and weight before and it showed up damaged so I had to return it, UPS would not honor the insurance because the seller did not have UPS package it. How would you be sending it in original package?

You purchased an item from us and it arrived damage? now you want to send it back to us? If that is correct all you have to do just put it back in the box it came and send it back to us. Once we received the item back we will refund you the money. Now please request a refund with eBay reason why, "it arrived damage" eBay will send you the postage to send it back and once again once we received the package we will refund you your money. Your ad doesn't say much. I believe you need to add more information. 1) Has this been fully tested and found to be working? 2) Are you the original owner? 3) Does it come in the original box? 4) Does it come with its remote? It looks like the ad states no remote. 5) What is its cosmetic condition? Any scratches? 6) Does it come with its original documentation? Thanks, Gary
